Join Alyasati Fusion Bellydance for a 6-week Video Project Term that blends the elegance of fusion bellydance with the expressive power of Indian Fusion, culminating in a professionally filmed group video project inspired by the mystical Apsara. ONLY 10 SPACES This journey is both a technical and creative experience—designed to deepen your dance practice, develop performance presence while embodying the celestial essence of these divine figures. Apsaras, in Vedic and Hindu mythology, are divine dancers of the heavens—graceful, radiant beings who move between worlds like flowing water, embodying beauty, mystery, and artistic devotion. Dancers involved will also be adorned in custom made Alyasati Designs costumes for the shoot and as well as beautiful Tribal accessories. INFORMATION: Class 7 - 9pm Moss Studios Amazon Room ONLY 10 PLACES AVAILABLE Level: Intermediate - Advanced *Recommended at least 2 years minimum of Fusion Bellydance Filming Date JULY 19 The Oratory Abbortsford Convent 1 - 5pm You will also have access to learning video support for the duration of the 6 weeks) PAYMENT PLANS: contact Sarah directly sarahmoulton.dance@gmail.com Parking: Parking on Evans Street can be tricky, alt parking can be found on Albert Street or Lygon St Please allow 5 - 10 minutes to find parking ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR SARAH MOULTON: Sarah, the director of Alyasati Fusion Bellydance School is a dedicated lifelong dancer who trained intensively in Classical Ballet and Contemporary dance before she found her love in Fusion Bellydance, inspired by the dances from the MENAHT region, India as well as being influenced by western dances such as hip hop, flamenco & contemporary dance. Over the last 11 years of devoted practice, she has found Fusion Bellydance has naturally become the platform for her soul and artistic expression, allowing her to explore emotions and archetypes within herself. Sarah also is passionate about Classical Indian dance and how the artistic nuances can be integrated into Fusion Bellydance which sees her regularly travelling to India for intensive training in both classical and folk dances. She has taught workshops, intensives and performed in New Caledonia, India & various Bellydance Festivals & Music Festivals around Australia

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY Due to the limited numbers available for in-studio courses and workshops, no refunds or credits can be issued for cancelling your enrolment or missed classes in the duration of the term. Once booked, you must give 5 days’ notice before the start of term if you wish to cancel your enrolment. In the rare event that Sarah is unable to take the class (eg. Illness) then the class will be cancelled or postponed to a later date. If the student cannot attend the other date then a refund will be provided. DANCE SAFETY: Dance classes can involve risk of personal injury. Sarah Moulton & Moss Upon a Time studios accepts no responsibility for injury or loss caused during classes or whilst participants are at or near the dance studio. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally fit for the class and during the class you must at all times take care of your own personal safety.
